For Registered Lobbyists

The Lobbying Code of Conduct requires that a registered lobbyist must submit updated details as soon as practicable, but no more than 10 business days after the change occurs.

Registered lobbyists are also required to confirm or update their details within 10 business days of 31 January, 31 March, 30 June and 30 September each year. The Register will send reminder emails to Responsible Officers when Quarterly updates are due.

A lobbyist who does not confirm that his or her details are up to date within the period specified may be removed from the Register.

As part of the 30 June quarterly update each year, in addition to updating or confirming your registration, each person employed, contracted or otherwise engaged by the lobbyist to carry out lobbying activities must provide the Register with a new statutory declaration.

A statutory declaration must also be provided when a new lobbyist is added to an existing registration as part of any update.

You should ensure that all the information necessary to confirm the veracity of your details on the Register is maintained in a readily accessible manner.

To update your details or confirm you registration, please go to Update Your Details.

If you wish to check on the progress of an update, please Contact Us.
