Statutory Declarations

A statutory declaration must be provided by all individuals who lobby Commonwealth Government representatives on behalf of their third-party clients.

Please ensure all sections of the statutory declaration form are completed and that the declaration is witnessed by an appropriately qualified person.  Incomplete statutory declarations may delay the processing of an application for inclusion on the Register of Lobbyists.

Please ensure that the statutory declaration is signed by the person making and by the person witnessing the declaration.

Completed statutory declaration(s) should be mailed to:

Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet
PO Box 6500
CANBERRA ACT 2600
