The Registration Process
Step One
Read the Lobbying Code of Conduct before completing the online registration form to ensure you understand all of the requirements and obligations (see also Information required to register).
Step Two
Go to the online registration form and complete. Click on ‘Preview and Confirm Details’ and tick the boxes indicating that you have read and agree to the requirements of the Code. Click on the ‘Submit’ button.
An acknowledgement will be sent to the email address you have provided on the form. If you do not receive this acknowledgement please notify us at lobbyistsregister@pmc.gov.au
Step Three
Download and complete a statutory declaration form, required under clause 10.1 of the Code, for each person listed on the registration as a person conducting lobbying activities.
Step Four
Submit the statutory declaration form to the Register of Lobbyists as set out below.
Once statutory declarations for all people listed on your registration as conducting lobbying activities have been received, your application will be processed. Once your application has been approved, you will be notified by email and your details will appear on the Register.
